We understand what a difficult/worrying time it has been and send you all our very best and optimistic wishes.
Over the Winter, in response to the new variant(s) of the Coronavirus- we have further enhanced our social distancing measures- seating our patients well over 3 metres apart in the waiting room or if you prefer – allowing you to wait in your car.
We naturally insist on ALL patients wearing masks as well as checking carefully that you have no symptoms (or household members in the past 10 Days) Additionally We take your temperature prior to entry and get you to hand sanitise (also before departure).
Inside each surgery- Your dentist and nurse wear top rated anti-viral masks at all times, considerably above the recommendations of our authorities.
Additionally – we have top of the range Ultra Violet virus killing air filtration in every surgery – these are highly effective and allow us to be safer than most practices. These are in addition to stringent sterilising and disinfection surgery protocols between patients.
Finally, we recommend that patients take specific Vitamin D, C and Zinc supplements – to maximise your own natural immunity.
Your future safety is paramount and we have been working exceptionally hard behind the scenes to create the very safest possible dental practice moving forward.
YOUR HEALTH, SAFETY AND PEACE OF MIND
Our priority at West Malling Dental is to ensure the health and safety of all of our patients and staff members, and we want to be able to continue to provide our services as normally as possible.
Since the Coronavirus (also known as COVID-19) has been declared a Pandemic, we are following Government guidelines and we have introduced an additional level to our hygiene protocols.
Specifically, we are asking ALL visitors to either thoroughly wash their hands or use the hand sanitiser provided on arrival at the practices.
